By creating operations results centered around deeper-truth insights, Bill has helped dozens of companies improve their customers’ experiences and created ongoing growth along the way.
Bill oversees all aspects of GrowthOps’ business including market strategy, financial planning, client delivery, offer development, and corporate governance.
Before founding GrowthOps, Bill was senior partner at Accenture where he spent the first 20 years of his career.
Gate ensures successful client deliveries at GrowthOps by ensuring technology architecture is robust and aligning the latest technology with existing client systems to extract insights. He works closely with client partners to provide corporate technology, security, and software development governance.
Gate’s brings his extensive background in system, network, and software engineering for commercial, federal and defense clientele to inform GrowthOps and our customers. His formal education in computer science helps us define the technology stance for our clients and our company.
Prior to joining GrowthOps, Gate spent fourteen years supporting various Defense and Federal agencies in a highly technical capacity.
Melissa joined GrowthOps to apply her brand and digital marketing expertise to create analytics-based marketing programs and enhance customer relationships.
Melissa’s contributions to GrowthOps and its customers include brand development, integrated marketing strategy, digital advertising, customer relationship management, marketing analytics, and operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining the GrowthOps team, Melissa cofounded two successful Atlanta businesses and held senior marketing and operational roles for large national brands and a non-profit.
