2007 - Two friends, Bill Gray & Tripp O'Connor, are spending material portions of time traveling through the Newark airport. Each are returning from frequent travels to different corners of North America and Globally.
2010 - Three and a half years later, GrowthOps is launched with Client 1, ista North America. The launch of a new operations insight service was integrated into a customer built Enterprise CIS serving 30 clients across the North American Energy markets. The founders indentified a market need and clients with the needs to evaluate a "better way" to provide analytic solutions, serve Clients, and generate new business solutions. After 5 years in market and more than 40 clients, GrowthOps has provided Customer Digital Operations Solutions across unique Client needs in 5 market facing industries.
2017 - After seven successful years, Clients have launched new Customer Operations across North America from GrowthOps' analytic driven designs; such as increased growth in serving apartment renters by 25%, achieved 6 month paybacks on Responsive Customer Understanding, launched and restructured new Analytic products serving thousands of mid-market banks, and structured satellite / weather / crop field data for use in launching a new Geospatial Crop Yield company.
